Saving Energy with Joe

How can we align everyone’s efforts in developing smart energy saving solutions with the Quby product portfolio? How can we make everyone involved understand the customer problem, in order to come up solutions that will delight this customer?
The children’s book style enabled us to make it as simple and accessible as possible. The friendly and expressive characters allow viewers to identify with the customer and other personas. The story has a natural flow that shows how the presented solutions make sense.
This presentation was shared with all stakeholders within Quby and its client Eneco, and has gotten everyone on board with the proposed approach and direction. It has made the customer problem tangible. In fact, instead of talking about ‘the customer’, they are now referring to ‘Joe’.
